I'm sorry that you're going through this. I'd uninstall and reinstall the apps. If that doesn't work you may want to use the Cleaner Tool. More information can be found at this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html
