Hi, when traying to create proxy files I got this error message: "Could not create the output. Please check if the output is read only or locked". any idea what´s went wrong?
Sorry about that. One editor solved the issue by power cycling the computer. Turn it off, then boot it back up again. What happens? Otherwise, what kind of computer is it? What is the codec for the proxies? What is the source footage? I hope we can help.
