Essentail graphics not working at all

Hey there,

Im using the latest version of premeire pro 22.5 and i have the macbook pro 16  2021 edition. I'm trying to drag over any essential graphic to my sequence and its not allwoing me to do so. How to fix this?

I'm also missing text as well.

I dont know. im getting the colors in the background. its saying that cfhd is not supported. How do I convert them to a regular mogrt file that's compatible with premiere pro?

Yes, but it has the option to download in premiere pro as well. It's not working in after effect as well. It s saying CFHD is not supported. Isn't that a GoPro file?
