UPDATE: 4-21-23. Seems to be fixed with -PP '23.3 update.
The only item close I see as fixed in the release notes is , "...Slow rendering and exports for Motion Graphics templates without Media Replacement using high-resolution stills.
Export takes about 5 minutea now. Much better but still slowest exports on that sequence w/ .mgrt roll running about 65% of the 2min total 720 60p(59.94) run time.

-PP '23.2, Windows 10 Pro, Intel i7 7820X, AMD RX 5700 XT 8GB, 32GB- AMD GPU accelerated encoding & Mercury playback.
Trying to commit changing old workflow to Essential Graphics mgrt because of be forced into it basically. Opening info CG Roll over Broll clips. Source video & Exports 720 60p h.264. Approx 2 minute length. Roll runs more than 1/2 but less than 3/4 of timeline. No other FX on timeline.
Thought it was very slugglish in export so I did some testing.
PP '23.2 - Approx 2min 720 60p Source Sequence with mgrt Roll to 720 60p H.264 hardware accelerated encoding profile: - Export time = 9-10 minutes.
PP '23.2 - Approx 2min 720 60p Source Sequence - ROLL TITLE TRACK MUTED -to 720 60p H.264 hardware accelerated encoding profile: - Export time: = Less than 1 minute
PP '22.x? - Approx 2min 720 60p Source Sequence with mgrt Roll to 720 60p H.264 hardware accelerated encoding profile: - Export time = under 2 minutes.
PP '21.x? - Approx 2min 720 60p Source Sequence with Legacy Titler Roll to 720 60p H.264 hardware accelerated encoding profile: - Export time = under 2 minutes.
How about a whole new Roll interface for EG adobe peoples? Working with Rolls with EG tools feels very janky, and now it seems to be broken.
Thanks
