Essential Graphics with Closed Captions

Hello All!

Trying to figure out how to add essential graphics to some closed captions but It doesnt give me the option and I would rather not have to go in to each indiviual line to make it look similair to that graphic when I already have one saved that I need to use for this project. 

If anyone knows how it would sure help speed up my work.

I can see how this might not be very clear. As I understand, you are trying to convert captions to graphics clips, but Premiere Pro doesn't give you the option. Additionally, you are trying to avoid processing each line to make it look similar to the graphic you already have. Is that right? Sorry for the frustration. I hope I can help.

Considering your first problem: How to convert captions to graphics. If you do not see the option, you must update Premiere Pro to v.23.1 or the current beta version. Once updated, select the caption. Choose Graphics and Text > Update Caption to Graphic. The caption will then become a graphics clip. After, apply effects and motion. You can upgrade a single selected caption or a multi-selection or do a Ctrl (WIN)/CMD (macOS) + A and upgrade all of them. More notes from Adobe engineering are here. User guide info is here.

About your second problem: You want to make the updated titles match a style you already created. Check out the Master Text Styles feature. This should allow you to make all the titles look the same. User guide info: Apply styles to text and graphics.
