Immediate Aid!!!
On January 30, 2024, I made 3 edits and closed Premiere Pro. 2 hours passed and I opened it again, but this time it did not appear on my screen. The application that appeared open on the dock never appeared on my screen. I tried to open my old edit, but the same problem occurred again. My Creative Cloud desktop application was taking too long to open, so it gave me a "get help" warning. It somehow opened, but this time it showed that I did not download any of my applications such as Premiere pro, Audition, Photoshop, After E., Lightroom etc. My Macbook is up to date. Creative cloud and all its applications are up to date. But this problem, which I have been experiencing only in Premiere pro since yesterday, has not been fixed in any way. Even though I deleted and reinstalled both the applications and Creative Cloud twice. I urgently need help on this issue because I have 57 edits of 3 hours to finish within 1 month...
Hello Duygu,
You say PPro never appeared on screen; did the application appear in the menu bar? Does it appear to be launched, in the Dock (or system tray)?
Confirming: ALL other Creative Cloud apps open correctly, except PPro?
