I'm using Premier Pro 22.00 Build 169 on a Mac with an M1 chip and editing iPhone footage. I'm only trying to export a basic three minute video. It looks fine in source but it's really overexposed in output. It's not overexposed when I'm working on it and the only way to avoid the overexposed version seems to be to hit match sequence settings, but this makes the file size way too big to use (11.9GB for a short basic video...). Has anyone had this issue and how can I resolve it?

You've got a color space mismatch going here. Go to the clip in the bin, Modify/Interpret footage, set to Rec.709.
Go to the Sequence settings, set to Rec.709.
Now you should be able to export ok.

Hi Neil,
Thanks for the suggestion. Unfotunately that just makes footage even more overexposed for me.
