export file too long

I have the problem when exporting in Premiere Pro 22.4.0 build 57 that the file is longer than the original and apparently with fade in and out. I have tried with source in to out, work area, diabling alle effects and other other attibutes, still the same problem. It is, of course, supposed to be an exact copy of the source, as it always was before. Attached is an image showing the original clip and below it the exported version. 

What could the problem be?

yes. is there another way?
