Export freezes

Surface Pro 8. 32 Gb RAM. Win 11.Has worked well with earlier versions of PP. Now it freezes, at a low % completion. Video captured on Hero 10 at 60 fps and output is set to match source. MP4 and HEVC fail. AVI worked, though I do not like the quality.

I am a relatively unsophisticated PP user so I do not even know how to troubleshoot this.

If using version 22.3, update to 22.3.1.
