export freezing

Hello, my export is going very well without error, but when opening the video the image is frozen, and every 5 seconds or so the image changes and then freezes again.

I export in 4K 25fps I also exported in 1080p but nothing changes.

This is a 20 sec video with some basic zoom in zoom out transitions.

The preview works very well.

I don't understand.

Maybe try importing rendered video into Premiere and see if it plays well inside of Premiere.

I'm thinking that the video may be fine but your system may have trouble playing it back.
