Export Glitch M1 Max Premiere

I've seen this posted a thousand times. I've tried all the recommended workarounds. What is happening with this bug?

My M1 Max is brand new and every video I've exported to H264 has issues, despite suggested encoding changes. I must work with Premiere 15.4 as the large broadcaster I work for has not upgraded since then.

Do I need to revert back to my old computer?

See screenshot attached, but also skipping frames.

Workaround is to export to match sequence settings and encode in Encoder but this is a waste of time.

Hi Nicola,

Sorry about this. Oddly, I can't reproduce this on my M1 MacBook Pro. What are your source footage's properties? What are your export settings? Are you using a lot of GPU-accelerated effects? Let me know.

Thanks,
Kevin

Footage is MXF 1920x1080 with Intra100 codec using Prem 15.4.2 and no
special effects. Not using anything else during export and have tried using
all sorts of different export settings. The same sequence exports without
issue on my 2016 MacBook Pro, same premiere version.

I’ve seen this post hundreds of times so I can’t see why it’s not a known
issue to Adobe support community?
