Dear members,
I have the following question once before made but so far the problem is still not resolved.
I have recently acquired a GoPro Hero 8 I obviously use to film in 4K.
However, I have the problem after I edited the video in Adobe Premiere Pro and then export the video does not run smoothly.
To you a clear picture of the differences the following two links to the videos.
Original:
Video link to original video
After edit:
Video link to video after editing (Look at the buildings and parking place)
Also, the video data below:
Left original and right after export the video
What's wrong? I tried several settings. particularly with the rise of the aircraft you see huge difference!
I hope someone can help me!

Did you ever get an answer? I'm having the same problem.

GoPro is heavily compressed. Convert to an edit friendly format or use proxies.

Tried using proxy. Output is still the same (unless I'm going something wrong).
I imported the clip from GoPro
Clicked on Create Proxy
Selected QuickTime
It took me to Media Encoder
Encoded the clip
Went back to Premiere
Put clip on timeline
Toggled Proxy on
Edited clip (just shorted it)
Toggled Proxy off
Edit, export
Closed Premiere and Media Encoder
Played the output video
Still pixelated, maybe not as jerky, but definitely still pixelated.
Any assistant wouled be greatly appreciated.

Why would you do that?
Which clip did you put on the timeline the encoded one or the original?
Proxies: what setting did you use?
Post screenshot export settings.
