When exporting my video the colour grading is completely different to my video in premiere pro. It is all over exposed and orange. I've tried many fixes that people have had with similar issues and the seem to make it look better and fix the exposure problem but it is still far too orange. Is there any way to make the export look exactly like it does in premiere pro?

What does the export look like if you bring it back into Premiere?

The same as when it's exported.

Could you tell us a bit about which color profile you are using both in project editing and output. Also, what container and codec are you exporting to, so we could get an idea of what could be happening.

You could even tell us where the video you are working with comes from, if it is RAW material, if it is Logarithmic, etc.

Pretty clearly you are using clips that are probably in HLG color space, a form of HDR, on an SDR/Rec.709 sequence and exports. No, that will never work.
If you want to work in SDR/Rec.709 which is still far easier & more common ... select one or more of those clips in the Project panel, right-click/Modify/Interpret Footage.
At the bottom is the new-ish Color Management controls. Set the Override-To option to Rec.709.
Now redo you color on the timeline, and export using an SDR/Rec709 preset ... which is all of them that do not have HLG or PQ in the preset name.

Thanks for the reply. I've done this and it definitely helped it but it still doesn't look identical to what it looks like in the preview. Is there any other way?

To check display issues, reimport the clip into Premiere.
If the image is the same, but different outside, then the issues are in the display on your OS and players.
As far as issues with HDR transforms, that you would need to adjust in Lumetri.
And realize that unless you have seen that image in a professional video app with tightly calibrated display, you have never actually seen an "accurate" view of your file.
No camera made has an accurate screen, not even a $70G Red or Sony. They use calibrated external monitors with those.
