Export issue for H.264 : Blurry colors and text with version 23.6 (since 23.3)

Hello!

First of all, sorry if this problem has already been mentioned. I searched around and couldn't find anything that exactly matched my situation.

I don't know why, but since Premiere Pro version 23.3 and until now (23.6) I have the same problem. With the same exact export settings, colors and text are now blurry in animations and still images in my exported videos. You will be able to see the difference in my screenshots below. I've been using the same export settings for years and never had this problem. I have the same problem on two different computers. You can also see my export settings below. Note that this issue does not affect the quality of film footage, only animations and still images. So I'm now stuck with version 23.2 which is the last functional one for me. Anyone else have this problem? Thanks for your help!
