Export Issues in Premiere Pro, After Effects and Media Encoder

Hi all! Hoping to find some help here. 

I just updated my Adobe software with the 2023 version and am having export issues in AE, premiere, and media encoder:

- After Effects will not send export files to media encoder. 
- Premiere Pro will not export (stuck at 0% for both audio and video exports). 
- Media Encoder is taking 20 minutes to export one MP3 file -- this used to take <5 mins. 

Not sure if this is related but premiere pro was also messing up my linked audio files, pulling from the wrong part of the file but not updating the waveform? Really weird. 

Would like to be able to use the new updates and I have a couple projects that I converted and edited in the new version.

Thanks for the message. Are you still having this issue? The team will need more info from you to reproduce the bug. Can you provide the information required here? How do I write a bug report?
