Export preset not being read by default

We have our own set of presets in our team. We removed all other presets from the favorites list so it's easy for our editors to pick the proper ones. I think the issue rises when the preset is picked on machine A, then the project is opened on machine B. The preset upon exporting that same timeline is selected but the actual settings are from some kind of NTSC low bit rate one. Meaning the selected preset is not being read upon the export command. After reselecting the preset that was already there it corrects itself.
