Hi,

Sorry about the issue. This problem might be related to corrupt preferences or layouts.

Please go to Users/<Username>/Documents/Adobe/Premiere Pro/<version>/Profile-<Username> and move the contents of the folder to another folder on your Desktop.

Once it's empty, launch Premiere Pro and create a new project.

Go to Window > Workspaces and ensure that the "Import Workspaces from Projects" option remains unchecked.

Import the Sequences from your project to the new project, and let us know how i

When I use File > Export > Media, nothing happens. I can click it, but nothing opens. As you can see in my screenshot, the shortcut is grey. The word 'Media...' isn't though, that's really strange.

Ofcourse I have my timeline selected. I also tried some older files, but they all have the same issue. So it's not the file itself that's the problem.

Do you have your Timeline or Sequence in the Project Panel selected?

Yes, that worked! Thank you so much. 🙂 Do I need to save the contents from the folder somewhere? Or just throw it away?

I'm glad to hear that! I recommend keeping that folder for a while since it contains important files other than layouts and preferences. If you want to backup your effect presets, move the "Effect Presets and Custom Items.prfpset" file back to its original location. The same can be done with the .kys files for custom keyboard shortcuts. I recommend creating new workspace files and not using the older ones (in the Layouts folder) to avoid this problem from repeating. Same goes for the "Adobe Premiere Pro Prefs" file (avoid using it).
