Dear all,

I have noticed that once I post the videos created with premiere pro on Instagram, they look bad. In particular, the quality appears to be worse and the audio doesn't sync with the video. I think the platform downgrades my videos.

I usually create 01:30-03:00 minutes video and I export them in H.264 (Match Source - Adaptive High Bitrate). The size ranges from 350 MB to 700 MB. Are they too heavy?

Sometimes I have the same problem on Tiktok, especially when I don't use a Wi-Fi connection to look at the video on my phone.

Thank you in advance.

Best,

Biagio

One thing that pops up here over & over ... the initial view on most socials is not what it becomes after it's re-encoded. So ... is this right after uploading, or have you waited 2-6 hours to see if they've re-encoded yet?
