Export Stuck at 0%

Hi Everyone -

New issue, and while I've found several posts addressing this isssue on this forum, none of the solutions seem to work. 

There are no markers, no items to render (it's a straight transcode), I've tried in a new project, and to reinstall Premiere. Nothing seems to work. 

Anyone have suggestions?

Are you exporting straight from Premiere? or are you exporting through Media Encoder?
