Export stuck at 29% (during encoding)

I'm exporting a 2hr podcast video with the following layers:

1. Zoom recording A (this is zoom recording video where i've cropped video to first person video box) thisis just so i can move the individual boxes around 
2. zoom recording 2 (cropped video from same recording file for person 2)
3. second camera footage for person 1 (not full, cut at various places)
4. static picture of my channel logo
5. static outline around whole screen (basic rectangle with a mask in the middle inverted)

Now since this morning i've tried to export it about 5 times and it ALWAYS gets stuck at 29%. 

Not sure what I can do. I'm using a M1 mac mini with 16gb ram, latest premier pro (updated a few days ago so 2022 one i think)

Export with AME, open preview and watch where is gets stuck. Might need to fix the timeline in that spot.

Adobe Media Encoder.

I used Adobe Media Encoder and it worked! Is there any reason why that was? That it doesnt work when i export normally but works when i use AME?

Make sure it is version 22.3.1
