Export times keep getting longer and longer, How to fix?

I'm editing down some bigger recordings 1 hour to 3 hours long for each. I'm cutting them up to around 15 min sections and exporting. My first export was about 15 minutes long. Now after exporting a few of them each day, the export time has become 1 hour and 45 minutes for a 15 min long video. Why is this happening and how can I fix it?

Sorry to hear about this. Let us know the version of Premiere Pro that you are using, the system specs (OS, CPU, GPU & RAM) & the specifications of the media file you are working with (format/codec, frame rate & frame size). We're here to help, just need more info.
