I'm working with 2 monitore workspace and a 3rd monitor as a 3840x2160 preview
When I switch to the export tab - the export section gets squeezed into one of the tabs and is hard to actually make out:
The only way to have this working properly is to revert to an premade setup like ALL panels. I rebuild my workspace from ALL Panels, but then eventually it breaks again. This also affects the import panel as well.
Any help?

I can't tell what's what from your screen grabs of what I need to know.
So ... which monitor is the OS "main" monitor? Is the Pr main UI window on that one?

There are three monitors - The middle monitor is my Windows primary monitor, the sunset image on the left is a 4K monitor with the transmit, the desktop on the right is a side monitor.

Okay I think I figured it out.
My monitors are set to 125% ... because I undocked panels to place on my second monitor, when I switch it to the "Export" tab, the export info gets squeezed into my projects panel.
But if I move the undocked panels further away from my main center screen so that there's a significant gap (more than make up for my 125% scale), then when I switch over to the export panel it behaves as it should.

That 125% might itself be part of the issue. As Premiere has a history of being ok with 100, 150, and 200 but not with 125 or 175%.
