I have problems with exporting my video from Premiere Pro.

I know how it works but the default media to do it does not work since a while.

Normaly I use Windows Media or AVI.

But when I now want to upload it on YouTube or Instagram or any application it does not acept the media.

What can I do about it?

Or what media should I use?

H264 would be my recommendation. I also recommend using Media Encoder because it has presets which are optomized for web services. You can match the frame size in the preset and have a video which will play well on the service.

Hi Robin_Snow:

Which version of Premiere Pro are you using?

Assuming it's not too old, you should have H264 available as a format and YouTube as a preset.  Picking the preset that best matches your Sequence frame size should upload fine.
