Exportation issue with preset

Hi there,

We have an export problem with Premiere. Several of us work on different PCs. We've never had this problem before.
On a PC, the usual export preset is selected, but if you look at the preview, it's not right. You always have to select it again. To do this, you need to select another preset and then select the preset you want to use again. This is very annoying and causes a lot of problems. We've made a video to explain our problem:

Delete the preset and make it again. See how that goes.

We have already tried that. Unfortunately, it didn't change anything.
