Exported footage is not the same as the preview

Hello, when I export my footage I am not getting the right shot. I am using a strobe light effect but the footage keeps coming out choppy and digital.

Hola buenos dias, has intentado exportar en formato MOV o alguno diferente de MP4 o en todo caso usar un PRESET.
Espero puedas solucionarlo.

I tried MOV but that didnt seem to solve the issue.
