Copied
I have a GoPro Hero 11. I record 4K120 HEVC and out of the camera it has a bitrate of approx 40mbps. I keep 3 copies a trimmed copy with no adjustments encoded at 4K120, a real-time copy encoded at 4K60 and a slo-mo copy encoded at 4K30 all in h.264. In media encoder I set the target bitrate to 40 and max to 50. The trimmed copy with no adjustments encodes between 12-15 instead of the target of 40. The other 2 copies export at the target 40. Any ideas why the trimmed/unedited copy is so much smaller than the target?
