Hello everybody!

I need help!! I have exported a 1-minute video from premiere pro with H.264 format. I am able to play it on my computer but it appears to be broken when sent via google, wetranfer or even airdrop. Please advice.

Thank you so much for your time.

If you can play the file on your computer, there is nothing wrong with the file.

WeTransfer etc. does not do anything to the file.

What device are you trying to use to play the file

Hi Ann Bens, thank you for responding.
I am using iPhone 11. I was still able to open one of my exported projects last night. This is my first time encountering this.

Hi,

You might encounter an issue with your file format. What did you choose with your H.264 codec ?

However, I'm quite sure that being able to open it on a computer does not necessarily make the file readable on a phone.
