My whole project baring a few scenes is filmed on an Atomos NinjaV in ProRes RAW using a Panasonic S1.
The vast mahority of the project runs flawlessly when exported however there are a few scenes that seem to stutter. One of htem is a masked scene to lighten a talents face and the other is nothing more that a vedio shot in exactly the same format and settings as all the other footage. When played back in the time line, everything works great, with proxies and when fully rendered with the RAW source files, no hiccups or stutters.
So I have tried to nest the stuttering sequences, render and replace them, changed the frame rate to 24 and back to 23.9, nested the whole project, exported in media encoder, changed to multiple different export settings including h.265, QT prores 4444, custom @480p and so on, think i've tried 8 different exports now all of which end with exactly the same results. I have also cleared the cashe several times, changed from hardware encoding to software, updated all drivers and versions and have of coursed offered a sacrificial lamb to the Adobe gods....nothing.
Does anyone have any ideas here?

Hi, did you ever figure out the problem? I am currently in this boat... My source files are 6k and its just a person talking for 1 1/2 min. the footage is fine on the playback but the exports keep coming out glitchy. My next try is to downscale to UHD and see if it helps..
