exported video is out of synch

The video appears normal before I exported it. But somehow after I export the video in H.264 format, it is out of sync, the audio is delay with the video. I've tried exporting it in in MPEG2. MPEG4, changing the time frame from 23.976fps until 30fps, closing the app and restarting my laptop yet it is still out of synch. I need to finish this video by tonight for my school event...

I'm using Premiere Pro by the way and all the clips used are in MP4 and MOV. The video length is about 4 minutes and I want to export it in 1080p.
