Exported video is sped up faster than audio, only when at higher quality

I've been exporting my video work-in-progresses at 480x270 to see how they look without taking up too much space. They sync perfectly fine. Then I tried exporting a WIP at the original quality, 1920x1080, and it's suddenly incredibly sped up! (The video is only 40 secs long normally, but it's 33 secs at the higher quality!) I exported the exact same project at 480x270 right after I noticed this, and it works perfectly fine.

Is there any solution for this? I can't find anything about this and I'd really like for the problem to not just be that my computer's not strong enough since I can't use my project on anyone else's. Thank you!

Hi Ericam!

Sorry for the trouble. We can get this checked.

  • What are your system specs (OS, CPU, RAM, GPU)?
  • Which device did you use to capture footage?
  • Does it also happen during playback?

Let us know.

Thanks,

Kartika
