Hi everyone!
Whenever I export my videos they turn out over exposed/saturated and the color is so weird. I have applied a LUT, but it still doesn't work or look good. It's frustrating because I've spent so much time on editing. The footage in the editing section is what I want and when I flip to the export panel, it's so over exposed.
If anyone has feedback of how to simply export the footage as is - please share! Thanks so much!

Peru Bob's links pretty much cover it.
I'll bet your clips are HLG, a form of HDR. And your timeline is SDR, in Rec.709, and/or your export preset is a standard SDR/Rec.709 preset.
For HLG clips and sequences you must use a preset with HLG in the preset name to get all the picky details correct.
