Hi. I am a newbie to premiere and I need help.
I recorded a video with my samsung S22 ultra:
Video format mp4
3840*2160
60 fps
Audio 254kbps 48kHz
I edited this video with premiere and now I wish to export it with the same settings and quality of the original one. I tried different settings but the video quality seems to me always lower than the original one. Anyone know which are the right export parameters?

Two things: turn off hardware encoding.
Footage is variable framerate.
convert to constant framerate with Handbrake or Shutter Encoder before bringing into Premiere.
As Bob says increase bitrate at least to 35.

Samsung Galaxy S21. I still shoot in H264, but did a quick test with HEVC. Variable frame rate, but very close to 59.94.
I have to work to see any significant differences whether I am exporting as 59.94 or 60fps; or at 7 or 35 Mbps. I kept hardware on for these tests, since I was not seeing that much of a difference.
I may test further...
