Exporting Iphone Footage and there is a Significant Drop in Quality

Hi there, 

I am exporting Ihpone footage from premiere pro 2022. It looks great in the app but then once I export it the quality goes significantly down and it looks terrible. Does anyone know what I can do? I've tried youtube tutorials and nothing seems to work.
