exporting video from premiere and the video refuses to play

Hey 

I have exported a sequence and i have had trouble getting it to play, i previously edited another video with no problems but this second sequence seems to stay on the starting frame and stutter towards the end? single image for 3 minutes then stuttery images for final 30 seconds...

Hey Edward,

Sorry for the issue. Which version of Premiere Pro are you working on? Could you clarify if you're having problems with playback in Premiere Pro or with the exported file? Please try clearing your Media Cache if the issue is with playback in Premiere. If it's with the exported file, please import it back to Premiere and see if it plays as expected.
