Extracting PremierePro non-MOGRT texts using ExtendScript

I wrote a script to extract all the MOGRT texts to JSON files. Now, I wanna write a script that exports non-MOGRT texts, such as text layers, and titlers. How's that possible? I printed all thep roperties of my video track and the text wasn't there. I read in some older texts that it's impossible, bu those posts are 3 yers old. Have they added the ability now?

There's no way to access text from within Legacy Titler, and we're not planning to add API to do so.
