Extreme Color Shifts

Hello
This is a two hour film that may have been recorded with two cameras.
To work on this film I could convert it to black and white thus no longer need to deal with the extreme color shifts - or - I cut cut the film at every color shift transition - and then adjust the color per cut sections.

However, is it possibly to select the whole clip, blend the colors so to speak, and then adjust so that there is one useful color tonality?

Stuggling to figure out how best to salvage this interview.

Thanks!

Hello

Elected to convert to black & white - black and white actually has a lovely appearance.
