When I use the eyedropper tool to select a colour in my frame, the colour picked up will only be a redish/orange. I've tried on different video clips, and closed and quit premier as well as shutting down my computer, no luck. Even if I click on a green or blue spot in my picture, it comes up as that redish colour in my curves.

Do you have OS display settings with a scaling of > 100%? If so, change it to 100, reboot and see if it still happens. If so, I've heard 125 or 150 works reasonably. Give it a try.
