FAILED TO INPUT PREMIERE PRO

I have trouble uploading Envato elements, pixels, music, and many other things I uploaded it already to the latest version! and it keeps replying to this error, I hope someone can help me out otherwise I'll just switch to another company. Thank you!

So what is your current version of Premiere Pro? As in ... from the Help/About dialog ... 23.1.0 build 86 ... ?

Do you have AfterEffects installed, and if so, which version?

Thank you for contacting me about Premiere pro version 23,1 and After Effects 21,1 these are both the latest version. The build 86 I could not find the quick on adobe cloud. 

I hope you can find a way out of this 😉  See the image for more information.

I would check with Envato at this point ... those should work in Pr if they have been properly finished. Sometimes, the "universalizer" step is left out ... and yes, that's a real thing. It means that the mogrt will work across languages which is more important than one might realize.

It also catches a few other bits & pieces.

I  already send a reply to customer support and they replied back that it maybe is a problem with the premiere pro. So I'll stay in a loop a guess.
