Failure When Trying to Publish to Vimeo

For the past week, Premiere Pro 23.5.0 cannot publish/export to Vimeo.

I've had this issue over the years in the past, recently it is chronic.

The error message is "Publish Error:  Cannot obtain upload ticket"

The only posted solution in these forums over the years has been to logout of Vimeo and log back in, within Premiere, to re-authorize.    This does not work anymore.

Anyone having this issue or have any work arounds?

I've contacted Vimeo support with no reply from them in over a week.

I have to manually upload to Vimeo, which dramatically interferes with my pre-established workflow

Many thanks.

We're having the same problem with Adobe Media Encoder. The "failure to optain upload ticket" error appears in the AME log. I tried logging out and back in within Media Encoder. Then I tried removing the connect app from my Vimeo settings. No luck on either attempt. I have 2 other colleagues with the same issue. I suspect that Vimeo has changed their security requirements or something else in their API which is causing this failure.

Sadly, we'll probably have to wait for Adobe to contact Vimeo, figure out the issue, and release an update for Premiere & AME. Until then, we'll just have to upload manually.

I have the exact same problem. This is a real pain as I have over 50 videos to review with clients. There is no way I can start uploading all this manually so I need to give up on Vimeo and use another service. What a pain.
