Feature Request, Adobe Lightroom / Photoshop HEVC Video Editing for GoPro Cameras

It would be sincerely appreciated if Adobe would include H.265 (HEVC) video editing capabilities for GoPro Cameras.  I have a GoPro Hero 10 Black and it would be wonderful if that video could be edited in Lightroom / Bridge / Photoshop.  Thank you for considering this idea.

Photoshop & Lightroom are not video editors per se. They are first & foremost image editors. 

Video editing is best peformed with dedicated video editing software -- Premier Pro, Premier Rush, Premier Elements or After Effects.

Just an observation - HEVC footage from iOS and Android devices can be edited in Lightroom / Photoshop, etc., but not GoPro.  I find this mystifying if not perplexing - a double standard perhaps?

Premiere Pro supports H.265.
