Felha ao vincular midias offline. "Erro generico"

Hi Geovane,

Sorry. Sometimes the problem can happen with certain external drives. Do you use one? Let us know. Above all, please give the team more info. Use the template here, if that's OK: How do I write a bug report?

Thanks,
Kevin

ME AJUDEM POR FAVOR!

Desde já, obrigado.

Two things I would recommend trying:

1. If you get prompted to link media when you open the project, cancel this, save and close your project, then re-open and link your media. This will override the error message in some cases.

2. When you re-link your media, at the bottom left of the Link Media window, uncheck "File Extension". This way, Premiere will search for all previously linked filenames without the extension.
