Files won't render or load in premiere pro

Hi i recently updated my premiere pro to the newest 2022 verison and the file that i was still working on in the 2021 version got updated to fit the new software. Upond that happenening i then became unable to render any of the footage files. The files wouldn't even finish loading up on the screen. Any suggestions to fix this

Sorry to hear about this. Have you tried clearing the cache & checked if it's helping? Also, is this happening with any specific project or all the projects?
