Finding Premiere Pro 14.9.2 version

Hello,

I recently rebuilt a computer and I was installing premiere pro again and version 15 is the ealiest version available via creative cloud.  Unfortunetly this is in a sharing production and all the other computer are running 14.9.2.  Is there a way to get previous versions because 15 creates duplicate bins and the already messy project will become even more so?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
