Hello, I am shooting a short film on 16mm film. I will be editing digitally and finishing on a film print. I am wondering how I can generate a cut list of my digital edit in premiere pro to give to the negative cutter. I know that this is possible as hail Caser was shot on 35mm edited in premiere and finished on film. Also, when I scan the film digitally will I need to request anything particular from the lab in order to generate the cut list correctly in premiere?  Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Ask your neg cutter.

Most likely you will need an EDL conformed to neg edge numbers by the neg cutter.
