Fit Clip question

I was watching the LinkedIn Premiere Pro training course where the teacher demonstrates the 'Insert' icon that's on the left PP panel where the small 'Fit Clips' box comes up. I did that, but I stupidly clicked on the thing in FC that says 'Always ignore this' at the bottom, that now causes a clip to go straight onto the timeline and the Fit Clips small box no longer appears anymore. I messaged the teacher, but they never responded. Does anyone know how I can correct this error, so that the FC box can appear again if and when I need it to.

Try resetting preferences, @P33439748krfp. Press Alt/Option at launch. Did you get the option back? Let us know.
