Fit to fill option in Premiere Pro

I used to have a pop up screen in Premeire Pro that allowed me to choose "fit to fill" when doing an insert edit. Other options were to start edit from beginning or end of the clip. Now that window no longer appears. How do I get it back?

Make sure you have in and outpoint set and track source patched.

I am having a similar issue.  Fit to Fill is suddenly greyed out.

Source is longer than the destination...........

...which should give me the Fit to Fill option.  I've done it thousands of times before.

Wild -- this just happened to me right now as well. Thought I was doing something weird. But Fit to Fill used to be there. If source was longer than the destination, a dialog box would pop up and give the option of fit to fill. Even with an in and out point set and a desination track selected, the clip will not go where I intended. I tried clicking and dragging over the program viewer, but this does not offer a fit to fill option anymore either.
