While filming a project on my iPhone 13 pro, somehow the orientation lock was engaged (I know, total ID10T error). The image on the screen appeared normal while shooting, but the clips import into Premiere Pro 9:16 instead of 16:9 showing just a portion of an enlarged image in the project monitor. I can rotate the image -90 degrees easy enough, but the image is still enlarged. I can also reduce the scale in the effects controls to 38% so the aspect ratio is correct and the top and bottom of the image is at the border of the monitor window, but when I export the image, the result is postage stamp-sized image swimming in a sea of black.
I have some experience with Premiere Elements, but this is my first with Premiere Pro CC. I've included a document with screen shots and sequence settings. Any advice you can provide to get the image rotated and sized properly would be GREATLY appreciated.

You can rotate your images in the iphone before importing them into Premiere.
If you are unable to do so use the Source Clip effect (Transform effect-rotate) on your footage
Apply Source Clip effects in Premiere Pro
Please do not use Word to post screenshots.
You can post them directly into your post here on the forum
set your Monitors to fit instead of 100%.
