Flickering in background

Hi everyone, I'm not entirely sure what to search on how to address this, but I'm also not sure if this is coming from Adobe premiere or if this is coming from my camera settings, but there's a lot of flickering going on with the black on my background, is there a way to resolve this whether it is through Adobe Premier or with my camera settings?

Honestly I'm not noticing anything flickering on my end. Is it very subtle?

Can we have a recording without the mouse hovering over the problem area.

BTW, I don't see any flickering.

Maybe some auto exposure flaring up.
