Footage on Timeline is Missing after Export

If someone could help me! I have exported the timeline, and everything looks good, it is just the first cut. When I went back to premiere pro to keep working, the footage on the timeline is missing. I can still see the timeline, and the audio, but everything else is missing. Any suggestion would be greatly appretiated!!

This must be frustrating! Could you navigate to the folder where you saved your Premiere Pro project file? Please look for a folder named "Adobe Premiere Pro Auto-Save." It might have recent auto-saves of your project. Try the most recent project file and check if you can see the clips on your Timeline. Hope this helps!
