Force Premiere Pro to Accept File Missing I-Frames

I used another program to remove all of the I-frames from a video file to create a datamoshing effect. When I try to import the file into Premiere Pro, it tells me it is an unsupported compression type. Is there any way to bypass this?

Please use MediaInfo to post a screenshot of the video properties for both the original file and the modified file. Show us tree view or text view.

I'm not sure, but using the other program you may have purposely damaged the file beyond repair which is why you get the import error in Premiere pro. Hope you still have the source material so you can achieve the effect with this plugin in Ae.
